This graphically shows the strong sensitivity of the Lower Blue Planning Basin to the assumed fragmentation effects of exurban development. That is, there are several zones in the valley bottom where red values (2–4 km) separate more dense locations. These would offer useful locations to maintain connectivity across (perpendicular to) the Lower Blue valley bottom.
